• COLOR CONCENTRATES
  Royce manufactures a complete line of color concentrates for virtually every resin used widely today. These include P/S, PIE,. PIP, ABS, Polycarbonate. Acrylic, PETG, SurIyn and many more. Loadings range from tints to 65%. Whatever your concentrate need, Royce will fill it for you.
   

• DRY COLORS
  Need Dry Color for a small job? From one 50 lb. unit to several hundred pounds in bulk, or even unitized. Royce will have the color for you when you need it.
   

• SPECIALTY BOUTIQUE EFFECTS
  When you need a special effect, no one does it better then Royce. In fact we specialize in all of the new "HOT EFFECTS" such as: Edge Glow, Granite, Glitter, Metallics with virtually no flow lines, Mica,. and of course our Patented Marlite Marbleizing concentrates.
   

• MARLITE
   

  • Marlite is an olefin based marbleizing color concentrate which when used in conjunction with a different color background imparts a marbleized appearance to your molded product.

  • Marlite is added just like any standard color concentrate. To achieve a marble appearance, a background color must also be added. Marlite is used anywhere from 1-4% based on the total weight of the finished product.

  • Unlike many other types of marbleizing systems, Marlite easily adapts to almost any resin matrix. Marlite has found use in the following resin types: Polyethylene. Polypropylene, Polystyrene, ABS, SAN, and Polycarbonate.

  • The Level of swirling can be adjusted by the grade of Marlite being used as well as minor adjustments to molding conditions. Typically, Marlite can be used in any screw type injection press including hot runner systems with little or no change in conditions.

  • Marlite is available in any custom color as well as the following stock colors:
    White, Black, Blue. Beige, Brown. Red. Green. Yellow. Silver, Gold
